2. The dose suitable for more advanced bodybuilders is 20 – 40 mg of methanabol daily. The active half-life in the body for methanabol is 6-8 hours, so it should be taken twice a day.
3. It is recommended to use Metanabol during meals, as in some people using it on an empty stomach may result in abdominal pain. However, use with meals or on an empty stomach does not affect the amount of the absorbed substance.
4. In general, the course of Dianabol can be stated with the daily dose of methanabol from 2 to 5 tablets for 4 to 8 weeks. However, due to possible side effects, the cycle should be completed after 6 weeks.
5. After taking 10 mg of methanabol, the testosterone level increases fivefold in one to three hours! For this reason, this remedy should not be used by women.

Possible side effects

The normal daily dose of methanabol should not cause side effects, but its use is associated with such a possibility. Metanabol is very toxic to the liver and may increase levels of liver enzymes.
